The Dolphin Swim & Ride program begins with a quick 10-minute interactive orientation session so you can learn more about the dolphins' natural history, physiology and anatomy in a fun and safe way. After the introduction, make your way to a waist-deep platform in the waters of our sparkling lagoons to immerse yourself in the magical underwater world of the bottlenose dolphins. During the swim, you'll see first-hand how dolphins respond to their trainer's signals and positive reinforcement, and have the chance to witness the unbelievable underwater communication system that dolphins use with each other naturally. Experience one-on-one time with the friendly dolphins as they greet you with a fin shake and an unforgettable kiss; you've just found your new best friend!
Next comes the most mind-blowing part of all: swimming with the dolphins! As you head into the deeper water of our bright blue ocean coves, you'll be given a snorkel mask to see how the dolphins turn, glide and hurl themselves high into the air from an underwater point of view. Hold on tight with the famous belly ride! You can grab onto a dolphin's fins while racing across the water at top speeds for a thrilling experience on the island of Cozumel.
