Ever wondered what it would be like to try scuba diving? Then the Beginner's Scuba Diving experience is the perfect excursion for you! There's nothing quite like taking those first few breaths underwater as you experience life under the sea. To start, you will receive a short concise lesson on scuba basics and theory followed by practice of basic scuba skills in shallow water with a certified PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) diving instructor. Once you've practiced your skills and gain confidence in the water, you will venture out with your instructor down to maximum depths of 40ft. for approx. 35-40 minutes, depending on the comfort level of the group. Experience the beautiful sights and colors of a live coral reef while scuba diving in the tropical waters of St. Thomas. Enjoy this excellent opportunity for up-close encounters and photos with a wide variety of tropical fish that have been hand-fed for over 25 years.
